Merlewood is a stone faced villa in a residential area of St Annes, situated in a premier location. Merlewood is ideal for the beach, Ashton Gardens, shopping centre and restaurants. Our self contained, central heated apartments are furnished to a high standard. All consist of one or two bedrooms, separate kitchen, lounge and bathroom with bath and shower.

We have an attractive lawn garden for visitors to enjoy, ample car parking is provided on the grounds. Merlewood is a non smoking establishment.
