You have probably seen the advertisements on TV about Apprenticeships and how they are opening doors to a variety of careers. As an employer, by taking on an Apprentice you can mould the employee to your company requirements. The Apprentice will, in most cases attend college to gain valuable knowledge and training which they can apply to the workplace.
