Alison and Ray extend a warm friendly welcome. Visit England 'B & B' accreditation of 3 stars, (the only one in Derbe Road).
Recently awarded 5 out of 5 for National Food Hygiene Standards.
Genuine guest book comments include: "comfy beds", "spotless", "superb breakfast", and "excellent".
A small private guest house with a friendly welcome. No facilities for smokers.
Bedrooms are located on the first and second floor. Sorry no ground floor bedrooms. Relaxing, informal ground floor lounge with adjoining bright dining room. All rooms have free WIFI access, remote, LCD flat screen TV's. Beverage tray, hairdryer, DAB Clock radio and fresh towels daily.
Free public parking on road at front of guest house.

For our leisure guests there is plenty to enjoy with the beach, Pier, Lowther Pavillion theatre and more. Blackpool Pleasure Beach 3 miles away. Blackpool Airport. Birdwatchers will love Fairhaven lake and the Ribble Estuary. For golf we have the famous Royal Lytham, Fairhaven, St Annes Old Links and Green Drive courses.
All guests can enjoy locally a variety of shops and restaurants. Ideally situated for business guests with BAE: Warton, DWP: Moorland Road & Peel Park, AEG, AXA, NS&I & IBM all close by.

Public Transport Directions
From St Annes train station - turn left to The Crescent and turn right onto the main shopping area (towards pier). St Annes Road West and continue to the traffic lights. Turn left on to Clifton Drive South, Derbe Road is 6th on the right. The Claremont is Number 1 on the left.
Seasonal National Express coach stops in St Annes town. All year coaches available to/from Talbot Road Blackpool.
Local bus service (No7) a short walk from The Claremont on Clifton Drive South.
Road Directions
From M6 onto M55. At end of M55 (junction4) follow signs for Blackpool Airport A5230. Continue past airport, through traffic lights over bridge then turn left at T junction, onto Clifton Drive A584 sign posted for Lytham St Annes. Straight on through the next three sets of lights, Derbe Road is 2nd on the right. The Claremont is Number 1 on the left.
