Talented young chef Dan Wrigley (ex-Jacks Bistro in St Annes) has opened Bistro Sixteen on Kirkham's Poulton Street. It's on the site of the former Cromwellian restaurant in a 300-year-old terrace in the heart of the town. Low beams and well-set tables with fresh linen help create a warm and cosy atmosphere. The menu features classic bistro food such as steaks and salads and there are special dining deals available early evening and tapas available from Tuesday to Saturday.
